What this site collects

Project inquiries. When you send the booking form, the details you enter (name, email and whatever else you choose to share) are used only to answer your request and to discuss the project. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). They are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, or longer if a contract requires it for tax purposes.

Server logs. Like every web server, ours records requests: page, time, browser type, referring page and a shortened IP address — the last part is removed before anything is written. These logs are used for security and for an anonymous weekly visit count, and are deleted after 14 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services, no social-media plugins and no embedded third-party content. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own server. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Who processes the data

The site runs on a server rented from OVH (European Union). Email is handled by Microsoft 365. The project descriptions written for this site (not data about visitors) are translated with the Claude API from Anthropic. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format — just write to studio@arcmood.com. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
