The modern body no longer belongs to itself. It is an object of modification, a commodity, a field for visual ideology. This shoot explores the loss of subjectivity: the body becomes something that can be controlled, shaped, packaged, squeezed and reconfigured to meet external expectations — fashion, gender, patriarchy, Instagram aesthetics, depletion culture. Each image is a visual exploration of one form of body control or alienation.
