In Between
ARC 006EDITORIAL / Milan / 2026
/ Concept
A space suspended between roles, body and image — a moment where identity is not yet fixed, but form has already begun to speak. Softness meets control, vulnerability meets posture, and clothing becomes not protection but a language of transition.
/ Process
A stylist’s assistant supports the stylist before, during and after a shoot. In the days leading up to it, they collect samples from showrooms, brands and press offices, check that all pieces are complete and in good condition, organise the looks, label garments, prepare accessories and create look boards, packing lists and returns documentation. During the shoot, they prepare and steam garments, dress and undress models quickly and carefully, assist with quick changes and keep track of every item to ensure the correct looks are ready for each scene. After the shoot, they check all items against the sample list, steam, fold and pack them properly, organise the returns process and prepare delivery documents. They may also help organise the images and credits for the stylist’s archive and portfolio.

A quiet tension between who we were and who we are becoming.
